1. Eligibility:

• The promotion is open to residents of the UAE only.
• Participants must be 21 years or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of GCC Exchange and any company sponsoring prizes are not eligible to participate.

2. Participation Criteria:

• All outward remittance transactions made through GCC Exchange branches or the GCC Exchange Mobile App are eligible for the draw.
• Cancelled, unsuccessful, or fraudulent transactions will not be considered.
• The validity of an entry is at the sole discretion of GCC Exchange.
• GCC Exchange reserves the right to disqualify participants engaging in unethical or false practices.

3. Prize Redemption;

• Winners must claim their prize within 10 days of the announcement, which will be published on GCC Exchange's corporate website and social media pages.
• Winners must present proof of identity and the original winning transaction receipt when claiming the prize.
• If a winner fails to provide proof of identity within the prize redemption period, the prize will be forfeited, and no substitute will be offered.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be encashed in part or full.

4. Promotion Rules:

• Transactions conducted during the promotion period only will be considered for the electronic draw.
• GCC Exchange reserves the right to withdraw a prize if a transaction is later found to be cancelled, unsuccessful, or fraudulent.
• The decision regarding participant eligibility, selection, and prize distribution will be final and binding.

5. Publicity & Data Usage:

• By participating in the promotion, participants consent to GCC Exchange using their photos and personal information for marketing and publicity in line with the company’s Privacy Policy.
• Participants waive any claims against GCC Exchange for the use of their entries, photos, or personal data.

6. General Conditions:

• GCC Exchange reserves the right to cancel, amend, or modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, due to unforeseen circumstances or changes in regulations.
• GCC Exchange also reserves the right to postpone or cancel the promotion at its sole discretion.
• Failure to comply with any of these terms may result in disqualification from the promotion.

7. Legal Compliance & Dispute Resolution:

• The promotion is subject to all applicable UAE laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
• Any disputes related to this promotion will be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent UAE courts.
